Neighbors still complaining about your electric drums?
Check out these affordable DIY solutions for cutting down vibrations from electronic drum kits.
- Tennis ball beater – These beaters can reduce bass drum noise by 50–75%, while also minimizing vibration transfer from the kick to the floor.
- Mini Tennis Balls – Cut them in half and hot glue them to the bottom of your pedal’s base plates. It's a DIY version of Roland’s Noise Eater pedals at a fraction of the price.
- Washer / Dryer Anti-Vibrational Pads – Place these under drum racks or bass drum spurs to reduce floor-transmitted vibrations.
